Josh Reisner, Chef & Founder

I’m an 18 year old chef out of Queens, New York City. After being on a reality TV kids cooking show in 2014 and turning down summer camp for an internship, I fell in love with the art of cooking, and explored the greatest city in the world through the kitchen.

In this Covid-altered world of hospitality, my complete motivation is still the happiness of my diners—who double as friends or family. As I expand the second chapter of my culinary career out of high school, please join me on my food adventures!

After meeting each other working at Momofuku, chef Matteo Padilla and I wanted to dig deeper into our own culinary dreams and return with a newer, more versatile, modern, and delicious version of the chef life.

While exploring through the New York Filipino food scene, I came across Craig Nisperos, who was in the midst of documenting the creative culinary wave of Filipino cuisine through one of my favorite chefs.
